1. REFUND PROVISIONS
1.1The “Client” understand, due the time expended, and the expenses involved, a privilege of a full refund will not exist after the execution of an agreement for services. After a period of 2 calendar days no privilege of refund shall exist however your online account shall remain active and shall be processed until fully complete.
1.2 However, If the “Firm” finds that a technical error exists that prevent services from being perform a refund shall be assess and credited back to the “Client” account.
1.3 In addition, if the “Firm” deems after a review that the tasks specified in an executed client agreement no longer can be successfully completed, at no fault of the client a refund shall be assesses and credited back to the “Client” account.

1.4 Refunds are issued within 10-14 after requested, through which same means in which the payment was made. This is by means of a reimbursement of check, credit or debit card .

2. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
2.1 As it relates to the management of your information, we retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and to comply with federal and state laws regarding client confidentiality. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
2.2 We do not share any of your confidential personal or business information with any third-party. A third-party is any person or company other than you, the client. That means we cannot disclose your identity, income, net worth, tax liabilities, or other protected information to the Internal Revenue Service, state tax authorities, unmarried partners, friends, relatives, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks, or any other person or company without your explicit authorization.

2.3 We shall not store or maintain any physical or electronic files related to your services for more than 2 years. All files are properly disposed of professionally by a qualified vendor.

3. DELIVERY POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
3.1 All products available for purchase on Www.DepartmentofHelp.org are digital products and delivered via digital download only. No physical products are shipped for digital products. All services offered for sale on Www.DepartmentofHelp.org are digital products & services.
Your file(s) will be available to download once payment is confirmed. There will be an opportunity to download right after checkout is complete and payment is received. Download link(s) for product(s) purchased will also be emailed to the email address customer used in the checkout process. Please note, that all digital downloads are tracked in terms of the location of download (via IP Address) and time of the download in order to prevent software fraud.
Download link(s) will expire after 10 days from the date of purchase or after 2 attempts, whichever event happens first.
Once you download the file you purchased, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the file. DOH recommends making a backup copy of the original download and separate backup copies as needed
