Texas Medicaid providers should prepare now for important changes coming to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) online portal access system. Beginning July 10, 2026, TMHP will implement additional applications through the TMHP IAMOnline platform, creating a more secure and streamlined experience for providers accessing Medicaid services online.
What Is Changing?
TMHP IAMOnline is becoming the primary access point for many TMHP applications. The platform provides:
Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities

Improved security protections for provider accounts
Providers who have not yet activated their TMHP IAMOnline account should do so immediately to avoid disruptions in accessing Medicaid services.
